Who can apply : |
Women’s groups with the following criteria: • The group needs to have worked for not less than two years and must have eight or more members. • The group must have a constitution. • The group must have shown a desire to learn. • They must demonstrate leadership and be committed to giving back to the community. • They should identify and apply to attend a course at an education and training institution. • It should be at a general or further education level. • They cannot afford the fees. |
