The Women´s Training Centre started its activities in the early 1990s. Its establishment was prompted by the need to provide women orientation and help in finding new employment opportunities and facing new challenges under the changed socio-economic conditions accompanying transition to a market economy.

The WTC has expertise in:

• business training, business and management consultations
• employment, work, education, organisational management
• development of the third sector (non-profit organisations)
• gender equality and gender mainstreaming
• Estonia and the European Union
• mentor programmes

• project writing and implementation
